Responsibilities

• Financial and strategic manager of the practice.
• Lead, mentor, supervise and coordinate personnel at specific sites.
• Oversee on-site operations in line with corporate policies.
• Collaborate with clinic finance, revenue cycle, HR, and business office.
• Manage patient relations and address service complaints.
• Develop guidelines for prioritizing work and maintaining staffing levels.
• Arrange on-the-job training and conduct staff meetings.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, IT, and disaster recovery.
• Complete quarterly expense reports and assist with relocations.
