Job summary

Memorial Health System seeks a Practice Management Supervisor, Clinic Operations to lead and optimize physician clinics across multiple sites. You will implement strategies to improve quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance, collaborating with the Director and Quality Department to ensure efficient operations and compliance.

The role requires oversight of staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics, with travel between assigned sites as needed to meet objectives and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related health field required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence others, solve problems and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of physician clinics and departments.
• Oversee purchasing, payroll process, and practice management.
• Collaborate with Director and Quality Department to improve quality and patient safety.
• Monitor physician RVU, financial and productivity performance against benchmarks.
• Ensure licensing, accreditation compliance and staff competency.
