Job summary

SENTA Partners is seeking a Practice Administrator to lead day-to-day operations across multiple clinics and ASCs in the greater Columbia area. The role requires collaboration with physicians and executive leadership to maintain high-quality patient care while driving efficiency and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), with 5+ years of multi-site clinical management, strong analytics, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of multi-site clinical management experience; ASC experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with progressive increases in management responsibility.
• Experience managing financial performance, including P&L oversight.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work beyond standard hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across all office locations, including clinics and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
• Identify and implement procedural changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Serve as a liaison between providers and SENTA leadership, addressing clinical, operational, and other provider concerns.
• Regularly meet with the Executive Director and Physician Leadership to provide recommendations, reporting, and insights.
• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize clinical and surgical performance.
• Oversee facility management, including relocations and new development opportunities.
• Support governance initiatives as defined by SENTA and physician leadership.
• Assist with special projects as directed by the Executive Director.
