Creative Healthcare Solutions, LLC is seeking a seasoned Practice Manager to lead daily operations across multiple Greenville-area clinics. You will supervise staff, optimize workflows, and ensure high-quality patient care while coordinating with physicians and administrative leadership.

The role requires 8+ years of healthcare admin experience and a Bachelor’s degree (preferred). The position offers a base salary range of $90,000–$110,000 with annual bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive administrative experience in a healthcare environment
• 5+ years practice management experience
• multi-site experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• day-to-day operational leadership of multiple clinics
• supervise, support, and develop employees
• oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and employee performance
• implement policies and initiatives to improve performance
• coordinate with clinical staff to ensure operational support
• assist with budgeting, expense monitoring, and resource allocation
• maintain effective front desk operations, billing, and communication between teams
• provide owners with regular updates and reports
