Job summary

Confluence Health in Washington state seeks a seasoned Practice Manager 3 to lead administrative operations for multiple practice areas. You will oversee day-to-day activities, mentor staff, and coordinate with physician leaders to meet quality, performance, and production standards.

The role requires substantial leadership across multi-site operations and a strong focus on staff development, scheduling, and budget management, with at least 4 years of healthcare leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Must have strong computer skills related to Windows and MS Office.
• EMR experience, specifically EPIC, is desired.
• Healthcare industry experience is required.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains positive relationships with employees, providers, and management staff.
• Oversees scheduling and overtime management; approves timecards.
• Leads staff meetings and oversees performance management processes.
• Mentors and supervises Practice Manager I/II as needed.
• Manages department budgets and monitors monthly status.
• Ensures adherence to department goals, policies, and procedures.
