Job summary

BJC Medical Group seeks an experienced Practice Manager to lead operations across three departments, six locations, twenty staff and nine providers. This role drives operational excellence, staff development, and an exceptional patient experience, with travel between sites required.

You will oversee payroll, scheduling, onboarding, budgeting, and billing, while optimizing CIS workflows (Epic). Collaboration with providers and leadership is essential to achieve goals and sustain patient

Qualifications

• Lead daily operations across multiple practice locations
• Manage payroll, scheduling, staffing, and employee training
• Support staff development and patient experience
• Oversee billing, coding, insurance processes, supply chain, and inventory management
• Utilize Epic and CIS to optimize workflows

Responsibilities

• Manages onboarding and hiring, training, workload management & performance evaluations.
• Develops staffing, revenue and expense budgets.
• Responds to patient complaints and engages in service recovery; monitors patient satisfaction.
• Leads and collaborates with staff to ensure a cohesive and productive workforce.
• Leads daily huddles and rounds for patient flow; escalates issues via established processes.
