Job summary

ENT Partners, LLC in Columbus, IN seeks a Practice Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, supervise non-clinical staff, and align policies with corporate leadership and the Medical Director.

You will coordinate clinical services, ensure HIPAA compliance, support physicians with clinical oversight, manage budget and facilities, and travel to clinics as needed to maintain high patient care and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• College degree with five years related experience and/or training in medical practice management or healthcare.
• Healthcare management experience.
• 2+ years of communications or marketing experience within healthcare.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-site healthcare practice.
• Supervise non-clinical staff and support clinical oversight by physicians.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and HIPAA compliance.
• Manage revenue and expenses per annual budget and report variances.
• Coordinate scheduling, patient flow, and customer service standards.
• Travel to all clinic locations periodically and act as liaison to corporate management.
