Job summary

Core Spaces, LLC is seeking an Area Leasing Manager to lead leasing and marketing operations across multiple student housing properties. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and tenant experience while aligning strategies with portfolio goals and brand standards.

You will oversee cross-site teams, partner with regional leadership, and guide recruitment, onboarding, and training to ensure consistent performance and a high-quality resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in property management or leasing.
• Experience managing multi-site portfolios.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with leasing analytics and portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing teams across multiple properties with accountability.
• Oversee portfolio leasing strategy and occupancy goals.
