Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking an on-site Leasing Professional to drive leasing and marketing operations at the assigned property. You will oversee leasing processes, conduct tours, and support events while upholding brand standards.

You will work with the leasing staff to ensure accurate reporting, client outreach, and day-to-day property management tasks, including move-ins/outs and schedule flexibility. Experience in student housing is a plus, with a focus on community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or property management is required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to guide teams.
• Proficiency with standard office software and familiarity with both Windows and macOS.

Responsibilities

• Offer guided tours of the property to potential residents.
• Follow up with potential residents via email and phone.
• Complete all leasing and marketing reports in a timely manner.
• Assist in-house events and outreach marketing coordination.
• Support managing leasing office operations and staff as necessary.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager on special projects and HR-related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal hours.
