Job summary

Core Spaces, LLC is hiring a Leasing Professional to drive on-site leasing and marketing operations at our student housing communities. You will lead leasing office activities, execute marketing plans, and work with a staff to optimize occupancy and resident experience.

You'll manage tours, follow up with prospects, and ensure reports, events, and daily operations align with company standards. On-site availability, weekends, and lifting up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or in property management or related fields.
• Demonstrated Leadership Skills.
• Proficient in Office Products and Windows and Apple operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Offer guided tours of the property to potential residents.
• Follow up with potential residents through emails and phone calls.
• Complete all leasing and marketing reports in a timely manner.
• Assist in-house events as well as outreach marketing coordination.
• Support managing leasing office operations and leasing office staff as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager on special projects and assignments.
• Complete all HR/People Operations-related tasks.
• Must be able to work a full shift on-site at the property and be available for evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary.
• Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
