Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage on-site leasing and marketing operations for assigned sites. You will oversee lease administration, execute marketing plans, and support daily leasing office activities with the leasing staff.

The role requires experience in sales or property management, leadership skills, and proficiency with office software. On-site work with typical evening/weekend hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or in property management or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proficient in Office products and Windows/Apple operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Offer guided tours of the property to potential residents.
• Follow up with potential residents via emails and phone calls.
• Complete all leasing and marketing reports promptly.
• Assist in-house events and outreach marketing coordination.
• Support leasing office operations and staff as needed.
