Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience; property management experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; property management software experience required.
• Experience using social media (Facebook, Instagram) is preferred.
• Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Valid driver’s license for possible golf-cart operation.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Qualify leads, process applications, and run background/credit checks.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Execute lease agreements and move-in packages.
• Design and implement marketing plans to generate traffic and occupancy.
• Promote the community via Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate resident referrals and employer outreach.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions, rates, and trends.
• Support resident retention with excellent service and timely responses.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with lease renewals and finalize extensions.
• Maintain records in property management software (Yardi, OneSite).
• Keep guest cards updated and follow up on leads.
• Assist with rent collection and delinquent accounts; support admin tasks.
• Keep leasing office and tour path presentable.
