Job summary

Harbor Group Management is seeking a Multi-site Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and tenant satisfaction across communities. You will show apartments, process applications, and coordinate marketing efforts while supporting the Property Manager in daily operations.

The role requires at least one year in leasing or sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year in leasing, sales, or customer service; property management experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Experience using social media for marketing is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Customer-service oriented with professional resident interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents, showcase apartments and amenities.
• Qualify leads, process applications, run background/credit checks, prepare leases.
• Ensure units are move-in ready; coordinate with maintenance.
• Execute lease agreements and move-in packages for new residents.
• Design and implement marketing plans to drive occupancy.
• Manage referrals, employer outreach, and local networking.
• Stay updated on market conditions, rates, and competition.
• Support retention with responsive customer service and issue resolution.
• Maintain records in property management software (Yardi, OneSite).
• Assist with rent collection and delinquent accounts.
