Job summary

Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage on-site leasing and marketing for assigned site(s). You will oversee lease administration, execute marketing plans, and support daily leasing office operations with the leasing team.

The role requires experience in sales or property management, leadership, and proficiency with basic office software. On-site work and flexibility for extended hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or property management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proficient in Office products and Windows/Apple operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Offer guided tours of the property to potential residents.
• Follow up with potential residents through emails and phone calls.
• Complete all leasing and marketing reports in a timely manner.
• Assist in-house events as well as outreach marketing coordination.
• Support managing leasing office operations and leasing staff as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and branding.
