Core Spaces, LLC is seeking an Area Leasing Manager to lead leasing and marketing operations across multiple student housing properties. You will develop portfolio strategies, analyze performance data, and drive occupancy and revenue in a fast-paced environment.

You'll collaborate with Community Managers and regional leaders to execute leasing plans, manage a high-performing team, and ensure superior resident experiences while maintaining brand standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in property management across multiple sites.
• Demonstrated leadership of leasing teams across multiple locations.
• Proven track record of driving leasing performance and revenue outcomes.
