Job summary

Allegheny Health Network seeks an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple physician practices in Erie County. You will supervise staff, manage front and back office functions, and partner with leadership to drive budget, revenue cycle performance, and patient satisfaction initiatives.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with physicians and health professionals, and travel between practice locations as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience as determined by the company.
• 3–5 years experience in physician practice setting with at least 2 years in practice management.
• CPPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of physician practices, including front and back office.
• Supervises staff, resolves issues, and conducts performance evaluations.
• Assists in budgeting and monitors key financial and revenue metrics.
• Monitors patient satisfaction and addresses variances and complaints.
• Drives quality and performance improvement by tracking metrics.
• Collaborates with physicians and leadership to meet organizational goals.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Travels between practice locations as needed.
