Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3–5 years in a physician practice, including 2 years of practice management.
• Experience managing multiple sites preferred.
• CPPM (Certified Physician Practice Manager) certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of physician practices, including front and back office tasks.
• Supervise staff, conduct interviews, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and monitor the practice budget and key revenue cycle metrics.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and address variances or complaints.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with physicians and leadership.
• Travel frequently to multiple practice locations.
