Job summary

CVCH is seeking a Patient Services Supervisor to lead the assigned Patient Services team, oversee daily operations, and ensure efficient patient access through scheduling and check-in. The role includes assisting with budget, staffing, staff development, and ensuring policies and HIPAA compliance, with coverage across Wenatchee, East Wenachee, and Chelan.

You will supervise, coach, and evaluate staff, run scorecard reports, and resolve patient concerns while promoting a collaborative work

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; experience may substitute education.
• High school diploma or equivalent acceptable.
• Two years of patient or customer service experience required.
• English fluency required; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Patient Services team and daily operations.
• Assist with budget, hiring, and staff development.
• Ensure patient access through scheduling and check-in processes.
• Cover shifts as needed for Wenatchee, East Wenatchee or Chelan.
• Lead meetings and coach staff to improve service quality.
