Job summary

Valley Healthcare System, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to lead clinical support services across VHcS locations. You will supervise CMAs, coordinate daily operations, and support staff development to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

Collaborating with medical providers and leadership, you will drive clinical standards, improve efficiency, and promote a positive patient experience while ensuring HIPAA compliance and staff training.

Qualifications

Three to five years of supervisory or healthcare administrative experience.
Minimum three years of outpatient or clinical healthcare experience.
Experience supervising clinical support staff and coordinating healthcare operations.
Current, active, and unrestricted Georgia LPN or RN license.

Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision, leadership, and performance oversight for all CMAs across VHcS locations.
Coordinate clinical staffing, work schedules, assignments, and coverage to support efficient daily operations.
Participate in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of clinical support personnel.
Monitor staff productivity, attendance, clinical competencies, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities for staff development, process improvements, and enhanced clinical performance.
Oversee clinical workflows and patient care processes to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with medical providers and leadership to address clinical concerns and improve patient outcomes.
Conduct clinical audits, monitor quality indicators, and support quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
Provide direct clinical support and patient care within the scope of professional licensure, as needed.
Assist with patient education, care coordination, and community health initiatives.
