Valley Healthcare System, Inc. (VHcS) seeks an experienced Clinical Coordinator to lead clinical support services across all VHcS locations. You will supervise CMAs, coordinate daily clinical operations, and support staff development to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality patient care.

You will work with medical providers and leadership to maintain standards, improve operations, and enhance patient experience. Travel between VHcS locations is required.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active Georgia LPN or RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 3–5 years supervisory/healthcare administrative experience.
• 3 years outpatient/clinical healthcare experience.
• Experience supervising clinical support staff and coordinating operations.

Mansioni

• Provide direct supervision and performance oversight for CMAs across VHcS locations.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and coverage for daily operations.
• Recruitment, onboarding, training, and evaluations for clinical staff.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and clinical competencies.
• Identify opportunities for staff development and process improvements.
• Oversee clinical workflows and patient care processes.
• Collaborate with providers to address clinical concerns and improve outcomes.
• Conduct clinical audits and support quality initiatives.
• Provide direct clinical support within licensure scope.
• Assist with patient education and care coordination.
