Job summary

Preferred candidates have healthcare or office experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and valid WA driver's license, with on-site shifts and HIPAA compliance expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in medical or office settings is preferred.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a warm, friendly manner.
• Register patients and collect demographics; assist with forms.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance information.
• Enter data accurately in EMR/EDR per protocol.
• Collect payments and balance encounter batches.
• Provide information and education on CVCH programs.
