Job summary

Confluence Health in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Nursing Leader responsible for promoting high quality patient care and managing a defined department 24 hours per day. The role includes staffing, budgeting, and collaboration with physicians and nurses to improve outcomes.

Reporting to the Department Director, you will supervise licensed and unlicensed staff, ensure safety and quality, and drive unit improvements within CHVS standards and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current licensure in the state of Washington (RN).
• 4 years of recent/relevant experience, 2 of which must be leadership.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a professional, team-based environment.
• Collaborates with Charge Nurses and staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Leads staffing to meet contract and budget guidelines.
• Manages payroll, budget and operating plans with the Department Director.
• Ensures accreditation standards are met on an ongoing basis.
