Job summary

Employment Opportunities seeks a Patient Services I for on-site support in Wenatchee/Chelan areas. Responsibilities include initiating patient visits, coordinating appointments, collecting payments, and updating patient information in the EMR/EDR system.

You will greet patients, verify insurance, and assist with forms, while handling calls and guiding patients to CVCH programs as needed. The role requires at least a high school diploma (preferred) and up to one year of medical or office

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year experience in medical or business/office setting preferred.
• Knowledge of computer applications and equipment related to work.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Register patients; collect demographics and update data; assist with forms.
• Schedule appointments using scheduling protocols and scripts.
• Enter accurate data in EMR, EDR and other electronic records per protocol.
• Obtain and verify insurance information and scans of insurance card.
• Collect and record payments; balance encounter batch and totals.
• Direct phone calls per protocol and route messages as needed.
• Provide English/Spanish translation when required.
• Dentistry: schedule and manage appointments per Dental Scheduling protocol.
• Perform End of Day Review and process daily tasks.
• Recall management and follow-up calls to schedule appointments.
