Job summary

Massachusetts Eye Associates is seeking a Patient Services Manager to oversee patient access across multiple offices, leading front desk, scheduling, registration, and call center operations to deliver a consistently positive patient experience.

You will coach staff, implement new workflows and technologies, ensure accurate registration and eligibility, and align processes across locations with the Practice Administrator and physicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a medical practice setting.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in front office or call center.
• Strong knowledge of patient registration, scheduling workflows, and front-end collections.
• Experience training staff and implementing new processes or systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support front desk and call center staff across all practice locations.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture focused on accountability and service excellence.
• Promote cross-training and consistency among locations.
