Job summary

ProMedica seeks a Manager II, Patient Access to lead onsite registration and centralized pre-service activities across multiple departments, locations and service lines. You will oversee centralized and facility-based hospital billing registration functions and drive efficiency in multi-site operations.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Business or healthcare related field with 3+ years in leadership within Patient Access.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Business or healthcare related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years leadership experience in a Patient Access or related area, or 1+ years direct leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite registration and centralized pre-service activities across multiple departments, locations and service lines.
• Oversee multi-site operations including hospital billing and professional billing registration.
• Lead a broad scope of roles with oversight of centralized and facility-based processes.
