Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in business, health administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years related work experience; 1–3 years supervisory/management experience required.
• Experience with computer systems including web-based applications and MS Office.
• Extensive background in Patient Access Management may substitute for the bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Patient Access across multiple hospital sites.
• Direct and supervise staff; manage hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, and quality; ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle partners and hospital departments on processes and systems.
