Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience as determined by the company.
• 3–5 years' experience in physician practice settings with 2 years in practice management.
• CPPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day to day operations of the physician practice(s), including front and back office functions.
• Supervises staff, resolves problems and implements disciplinary actions; interviews, hires and trains.
• In conjunction with the director, develops the practice budget and monitors financial metrics.
• Monitors patient satisfaction reports and resolves complaints.
• Supports quality and performance improvement by tracking metrics and addressing deficiencies.
• Collaborates with physicians and leadership to achieve goals and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Requires frequent travel to various practice locations.
