Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site property operations at multiple locations. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, and assist with make-ready tasks to meet property objectives.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, knowledge of OSHA standards, and familiarity with Fair Housing Laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance for community common areas and units, including preventive and routine tasks.
• Respond to work orders and resident/management requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety standards, keep accurate records, and assist with on-call emergencies.
