Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across multiple Georgia locations. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, and assist with the make-ready process to prepare units for occupancy.

Responsibilities include handling resident/management requests, keeping maintenance logs, and supporting safety and OSHA guidelines while participating in on-call emergencies and ensuring quality property

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with the maintenance/repair-related turn events and make-ready process.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory and records; participate in on-call emergencies.
