Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multiple communities across the Louisville area. The role covers corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.

You will respond to work orders, maintain common areas, pools, and grounds, and assist with model units and inventory while ensuring safety and OSHA standards are met. Reliability and on-site attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas and units.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events and scheduling.
• Maintain the maintenance shop, inventory, and safety standards per OSHA guidelines.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to extend community life.
• Perform daily checks of grounds and common areas and report hazards.
• Participate in on‑call emergency duties and respond promptly.
