Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, record-keeping, and budget adherence. On-call emergencies are part of the role, with a focus on quality and timely repairs for a thriving community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff at the community.
• Coordinate service requests and work orders with vendors.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance across the site.
• Maintain records of service requests, inspections, and budgets.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and respond as needed.
