Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all maintenance operations for the community. You will oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, staff and vendor coordination, and safety compliance. The role requires hands-on leadership and strong service orientation.

Regular/daily onsite attendance is required, and you will plan and monitor budgets, inventory, and safety programs. This is a safety-sensitive, full-time on-site position with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for the community and ensure timely service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property life and reduce future repairs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage maintenance inventory and procure supplies within budget guidelines.
• Ensure excellent customer service and respond to resident requests promptly.
