Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for North Charleston, SC. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate staff and vendors, handle work orders, and ensure safety and quality across communities.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position with on-call responsibilities and a strong focus on resident relations and budget-minded resource

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff; ensure safety and compliance.
• Attend onsite regularly and manage work orders and resident requests.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs for common areas and units.
• Maintain an ongoing preventative maintenance program and manage inventory within budget.
• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance staff; provide feedback and coaching.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and ensure timely resolution while upholding service norms.
