Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations across multiple properties, including on-site staff and vendor coordination. The role emphasizes safety, preventative maintenance, and strong customer service to residents on Johns Island, SC and other locations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing work orders, ensuring OSHA compliance, and assisting with budget planning while providing a safe, well-maintained community for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations of the community and respond to service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and schedule activities.
• Ensure safety compliance and train staff per OSHA guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, obtain bids, and manage inventory.
• Maintain records of service requests, inspections, and make-ready status.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and promote quality workmanship.
• Support Community Manager with budget discipline and resource planning.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for safety hazards.
