Qualifications

• Establish and manage a 24-hour on-call schedule for multiple sites.
• Adhere to a preventive maintenance schedule for property equipment and apartment systems.
• Develop and lead a team of Maintenance Technicians.
• Mentor maintenance technicians to grow knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with office team to service residents and follow up on issues.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance materials and tools.
• Set preventive maintenance, make-ready, and work-order schedules for the team.
• Regularly inspect community buildings and vacant units.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team of Maintenance Technicians through diagnosing problems and providing a resolution.
• Mentor and guide maintenance technicians to increase their knowledge base and skill set.
• Partner with office team to provide exceptional service and follow-up to residents on maintenance issues.
• Manage and organize inventory of all maintenance materials.
• Establish a preventive maintenance schedule, make-ready schedule and general work order schedule for team.
• Regularly inspect community buildings, including vacant units.
