Job summary

Morgan Properties seeks a Multi-Site Service Manager to lead maintenance at The Ridge and The Bend at Merriam Valley, Akron area. You will oversee two communities (1,329 units total), manage maintenance teams, vendors, and on-call operations, and ensure service quality and compliance.

Base pay ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and on-call incentives.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate, 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.
• Active and valid driver’s license with a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a 24-hour on-call schedule for multiple sites.
• Adhere to a preventive maintenance schedule across sites.
• Develop and lead a maintenance team through diagnostics and resolutions.
• Supervise and coach all maintenance staff across communities.
• Direct training, onboarding, and technical development initiatives.
• Partner with office teams to provide resident service and follow-up.
• Manage inventory, work orders, and preventive/Make-Ready schedules.
• Oversee vendors and contractors, including approvals and performance.
