Job summary

CYM Living in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team across properties. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate repairs, and ensure all systems remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on supervision, and the ability to train technicians. You will collaborate with property management, handle preventive maintenance, manage the budget, and respond promptly to emergencies to support tenants' quality

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• On-call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends and holidays.
• Experience supervising a maintenance team and coordinating repairs.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and preventative maintenance.
• Experience handling vendor/contractor paperwork.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities for assigned properties.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety.
• Lead, train, and mentor maintenance staff.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Manage the maintenance budget and track expenses.
• Maintain records of work orders, repairs, and inspections.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
• Collaborate with property management and leasing teams.
