Job summary

CYM Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our on-site maintenance team across properties. This role involves overseeing repairs, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with local regulations.

Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a focus on resident satisfaction are essential. You will train and mentor maintenance staff, manage budgets and inventory, maintain accurate work-order

Qualifications

• Requires experience in facilities maintenance.
• On-call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Good customer service skills required.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for assigned properties.
• Inspect properties to identify maintenance needs and safety compliance.
