CYM Living in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team across properties. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate repairs, and ensure all systems remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on supervision, and the ability to train technicians. You will collaborate with property management, handle preventive maintenance, manage the budget, and respond promptly to emergencies to support tenants' quality

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• On-call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends and holidays.
• Experience supervising a maintenance team and coordinating repairs.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities for assigned properties, ensuring timely and efficient completion of repairs and preventive maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Lead, train, and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities
• Manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenses and ensuring that projects are completed within budgetary constraints
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work orders, repairs, and inspections, and prepare reports for management as needed
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
• Collaborate with property management and leasing teams to address tenant concerns and improve overall resident satisfaction
• Stay updated on local, state, and federal regulations affecting property maintenance to ensure compliance
• Identify opportunities for improving property performance and implementing cost-saving measures
• Oversee the ordering of maintenance supplies and materials, ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal;
• Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter;
• Excellent customer service skills a must
• Prior experience in the facilities maintenance field;
• On-call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends and holidays;
• Skilled in routine apartment maintenance, as well as handling administrative tasks and paperwork related to vendors/contractors;
• Ability to respond and remedy maintenance issues in a timely manner
