Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure service requests are completed.
• Review progress of service requests and identify chronic issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per policy while staying professional.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related areas.
• Conduct preventative maintenance including painting, lighting, sprinklers, and siding.
• Maintain work order system accuracy and resident satisfaction.
• Conduct weekly property inspections and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Manage emergencies and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Promote customer satisfaction and professionalism with residents and staff.
• Mentor maintenance team and ensure compliance with safety and risk policies.
• Monitor maintenance costs to stay within budget and assist with future budgets.
