Waterford Real Estate Management LLC is seeking an entry-level Multi Site Leasing Consultant to greet guests, present apartment communities, and secure lease agreements across multiple properties in the region. You will guide prospects through tours, coordinate applications, and ensure smooth move-in processes while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to work across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years leasing experience in apartments required.
• NALP preferred; knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with Rent Manager or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present community features and benefits to prospective residents.
• Complete lease applications and verify information.
• Tour prospective residents and demonstrate community amenities.
• Maintain a closing ratio in line with industry standards (≥30%).
• Handle move-in documentation, utilities setup, and keys remotes programming.
• Assist with resident events and market surveys.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and maintain resident files.
