Job summary

Amazon in San Diego is seeking a Learning Regional Manager to shape the learning experience and performance of fulfillment center associates. You will lead training initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategic L&D solutions across multiple sites.

You will coach managers, manage onboarding, develop learning strategies to improve efficiency, and partner with senior leadership to drive data‑driven performance improvements across Grocery Fulfillment Centers and SSD sites, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Math, Engineering, Science or Business.
Experience in Adult Learning Theory, including virtual training facilitation and delivering Soft Skills/Technology/Systems training.
Experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of the organization.
Experience in FCs field Ops settings.

Responsibilities

Drive site performance through analysis of metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Lead and optimize new hire onboarding, including trainer program management and training delivery.
Develop and implement learning strategies to improve efficiency and associate development.
Partner with senior leadership to drive performance improvements through data-driven decisions.
Monitor and enhance training effectiveness across processes and roles.
Provide coaching and mentorship to site leadership on L&D best practices.
Develop reporting mechanisms to measure training effectiveness for assurance and process improvement.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders to translate priorities into learning solutions.
