Job summary

Prime Now LLC - E78 seeks a Learning Regional Manager to shape the learning experience and performance of our fulfillment center associates, leading training initiatives, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategic L&D solutions across multiple sites.

You will drive onboarding, partner with senior leadership, and monitor learning effectiveness to deliver measurable improvements in operational excellence across NA sites, with travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult learning theory and virtual training delivery.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders at varied levels.
• Experience in fulfillment center operations environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance through data-driven analysis and actionable insights.
• Lead onboarding programs, trainer management and training delivery.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to improve efficiency and development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive performance improvements with data.
• Monitor training effectiveness across processes and roles.
• Coach site leadership on learning and development best practices.
• Develop reporting to measure training impact and process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to translate pain points into solutions.
• Demonstrate people management and learning facilitation skills.
• Work cross-functionally across Grocery Fulfillment Centers and SSD sites.
