Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Learning Regional Manager to shape learning experiences and performance across multiple grocery fulfillment sites. You will lead training initiatives, analyze metrics, and implement L&D solutions with a focus on operational excellence.

In this role, you will partner with senior leadership, drive onboarding improvements, and develop reporting to measure training impact while traveling across sites to support teams.

Qualifications

• Experience grounded in Adult Learning Theory and delivering remote training.
• Experience delivering Soft Skills, Technology Skills, or Technical training.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders at different levels in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance through data analysis, providing actionable insights to leadership teams.
• Lead onboarding processes, trainer program management and training delivery.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to improve operational efficiency and associate development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive performance improvements through data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and enhance training effectiveness across processes and roles.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to site leadership on learning and development best practices.
• Develop reporting mechanisms that measure training effectiveness for assurance and improvement.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to translate priority pain points into learning solutions.
• Demonstrate strong people management and learning facilitation skills.
• Work cross-functionally across Grocery Fulfillment Centers and Sub Same Day-Grocery stations.
