Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Learning Regional Manager to shape learning experiences and performance for fulfillment center associates. You will lead training initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and implement L&D solutions across multiple sites.

The role involves onboarding optimization, coaching leaders, and developing reporting to measure training effectiveness. Frequent travel between sites is required to drive grocery operations improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Adult Learning Theory with remote/virtual training experience.
• Stakeholder management across multiple levels.
• Operations in Fulfillment Centers (FCs) environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance through metrics analysis and actionable leadership insights.
• Lead onboarding processes, trainer program management, and training delivery.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to boost efficiency and associate development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive data-driven performance improvements.
• Monitor training effectiveness across processes and roles.
• Coach site leadership on L&D best practices.
• Develop reporting to measure training effectiveness and support process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to translate pain-points into learning solutions.
• Travel frequently between sites to support multiple locations.
