Job summary

Greystar in Tampa is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure buildings meet company standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and complete work orders and preventative maintenance across the property.

You will also handle make-ready tasks for vacant units, conduct inspections, coordinate vendors, and maintain documentation to track service requests, ensuring high property quality and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications (for Certified Service Technicians).
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and performing repairs per policies and safety standards.
• Finish make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring tasks are completed.
