Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform technical work for inside/outside community spaces, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Responsibilities include diagnosing defects, making repairs, and managing make-ready processes for vacant units.

You will inspect work, coordinate with contractors, and contribute to budgeting for repairs while upholding Greystar standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience and training.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trade and ability to read/understand policies.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools and measuring devices, with MSDS and OSHA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs on community buildings and systems.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain grounds, exteriors, and common areas to Greystar standards.
• Inspect work by others and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Assist in budgeting for repairs and capital projects; control costs.
• Support safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance; maintain materials inventory.
