Job summary

Skywood Recovery Center is seeking an IT Support professional to provide local networking, wireless, phone and end-user assistance across site locations in Augusta, MI. You will support Active Directory, Exchange, Mitel VoIP and EHR systems.

Under limited supervision, you will handle ticketing, document processes and collaborate with HQ IT to resolve issues affecting multiple facilities. A degree in IT and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
• Certifications MCSE/CCNA/A+/Net+/Security+ preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years relevant IT support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides Tier 1 and 2 Help Desk support to users.
• Install and support hardware, systems and software.
• Assist with configuration, security and maintenance of network services.
