Job summary

Skywood Recovery Center is a residential treatment facility seeking an IT Support specialist to deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk assistance across multi-site locations. You will install and maintain hardware, software, and network services, with emphasis on security and user support.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting applications and network issues, managing user accounts in Active Directory and Exchange, coordinating with HQ for equipment provisioning, and maintaining clear

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.
Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, A+, Net+, Security+ or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

Provides Tier 1 and 2 Help Desk support to users.
Prepare, install and support hardware, systems and software in use on site.
Assist with installation, configuration, security and maintenance of network services and equipment.
Oversee software, network and file security.
Troubleshoot issues with applications, network resources, and viruses; coordinate with HQ engineers as needed.
Coordinate with HQ prior to ordering and provisioning of servers, desktops, printers and related resources.
Provide basic training for IT processes as needed.
Maintain documentation of daily, weekly and monthly work processes and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by Corporate IT.
