Job summary

Skywood Recovery Center, a residential treatment facility in Augusta, MI, seeks an IT Support professional to provide Tier 1–2 help desk and local networking support for the site and nearby locations. You will install and support hardware/software, manage user accounts, and assist with network security.

Role requires knowledge of AD, VoIP, Exchange and EHR systems, plus strong communication and teamwork to enable reliable IT services for staff and patients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Certifications in IT are a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides Tier 1 and 2 Help Desk support to users.
• Prepare, install and support all new and currently used hardware, systems and software.
• Assist with installation, configuration, security and maintenance of network services, network equipment and access controls.
• Oversee software, network and file security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-identified issues with applications, network resources, computer viruses and spam.
• Coordinate with HQ prior to ordering servers and other resources.
• Provide some basic application or process training for individuals or groups.
• Utilize a ticketing system to record and track issues and resolutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation as related to daily, weekly and monthly work processes and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as required or assigned by Corporate IT.
